So I made it through the weekend unscathed. I avoided greasy pizza, pastries, fatty foods, and fried food with ease. I also got some exercise. I went on two 30-minute power walks and lifted weights at home twice. Today I’ve eaten a nutritional shake for breakfast, more about the shake later this week, and I’m looking forward to gluten-free rice pasta for lunch. I will have the pasta with a tomato sauce that I made with onions, mushrooms, green peppers, garlic, and meatless meatballs (Gimme Lean).
I’m about to go on a quick 30-minute walk and I’ll be practicing hot power yoga at Blackbird Studio at 5:45. Come join me for yoga!
